Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a full refund of deposits paid, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in your service contract.

Deposit Refunds

Deposits paid to secure Vorzelynvorkalin services are generally non-refundable once design work has commenced, as they cover initial consultation, design development, and service reservation.

In exceptional circumstances such as venue closure or unforeseen events beyond either party's control, Vorzelynvorkalin will work with clients to find reasonable solutions, which may include partial refunds or credit toward future services.

Rental Items

For decorative items rented through Vorzelynvorkalin, clients are responsible for ensuring items are returned in the same condition as received. Any damage or loss of rental items may result in charges for repair or replacement.

Rental items must be returned at the agreed location and time. Vorzelynvorkalin will inspect items upon return and assess any damages. Charges for damage will be communicated promptly.
